You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the people strategy. Responsible for end-to-end HR functions, with a focus on payroll management, organization development, recruitment, and general administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), possess a deep understanding of finance related to payroll, compensation, and benefits, and have a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, to be based in Bandung.Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with finance teams to align payroll activities with financial goals and objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational growth and development. Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and retention. Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
